How was everyone’s Christmas? What all did you get?
I had a good Christmas, I got several gift cards to various places and made about $300. I also got a 2 day 1 night stay at a hotel that has an indoor water park for me and my son. What about you guys?

My Christmas list didn’t turn out as expected, in fact I messed up a TON of items on my wish lists, so the day after christmas was alot of sending back to Amazon. But the replacements have finally arrived now.
Overall it was great.
Christmas went well for me here, Spent it with family and friends, ate heaps.
As for the tech side of things, well I didn’t do a whole heap in that sense but I still had a good time anyways

What model (e.g. 1950, 2950, R410, T410, etc)?
Just a cheap one R300 with 8gb of RAM. It runs 2ish VM’s at the same time, enough for what i’m doing right now, but having trouble with Proxmox ‘no cdrom found’ And then when i try to either ‘reboot’ or ‘fdisk’ to find out what name the USB drive has nothing get’s typed into the console, I tried another keyboard but the same thing happens… Nothing. I know both keyboards worked because they were used for selecting the boot device.
I have used this blog post before, and it did work at the time.
